G.Y.M. Class
G.Y.M. Class / (jim, klɑːs)
A place and time where individuals come together to get themselves moving through enjoyable, collaborative and heart-pumping physical exercises.
Tube socks not required.
Our signature class will take you back to when working out was actually fun. Your teacher will lead you and your classmates through a 50-minute workout, packed with activities to get you moving. G.Y.M. Class hits cardio, core, and strength. Every class is different, so you’ll never do the same class twice.
Halftime Class
Halftime Class / (haf – tīm, klɑːs)
A brief moment in time between two separate activities that involve sweating and feel-good physical exertion.
Ying your yang in 45 minutes.
Our Halftime Class splits cardio and lifting into two 20-minute high-intensity halves, separated by a 5-minute time-out break. Towel off, fill up and lace up for the second half of isolated strength work. If you’re short on time, this is the class for you. Not only will you burn calories sweating, but you will also challenge your strength and love being around this team.
WEIGHT ROOM Class
Weight Room / (weit rume, klɑːs)
A room where people lift heavy(ish) stuff, often resulting in increased fitness and a groovy can-do attitude.
Not just for jocks.
The Weight Room Class focuses on strengthening both your upper and lower body. Whether you’re an expert or a beginner, we tailor our workouts to your individual goals and abilities. Build your strength while burning calories in this fun, challenging 45-minute class using dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.
Stationary Bike Class
Stationary Bike Class / (stāSHəˌnerē,bīk, klɑːs)
A pedal-powered exercise that involves sitting on a two-wheeled apparatus with feet placed on pedals and rotating vigorously but oddly not moving anywhere.
Pure pedal perspiring perfection.
The only thing that would make this more fun would be to install banana seats. This high-intensity, low-impact class is a 45-minute ride of ups, downs, sprints, and flats while enjoying your favorite heart-pumping tunes as we pedal off the pounds together. Heck, if the weather is nice, we’ll pedal outside in our schoolyard.
Outdoor Recess
Recess / (ˈrēˌses )
A period of time where real learning happens.
Outside we go.
Everyone loves recess. Take a break from having fun inside to have even more fun outside. That’s why we have a schoolyard turf playground made to sweat in the great urban outdoors. Weather permitting, we’ll roll out bikes, sleds, tires, ropes, and more to scorch those calories and have fun doing it.
