Need flexibility? With our Drop-In, you simply pay for one class at a time—no membership needed. Choose the class that fits your schedule, show up, and get yourself moving. If you want more, you can upgrade to a membership whenever you're ready.

Includes 4 classes per month, ideal if you’re training about once a week. Access is limited to G.Y.M. classes only, but it’s a great way to get in the game.

A solid step into your fitness game. Includes 7 classes per month—perfect if you’re hitting the gym around 2 times a week. Enjoy access to all class types.

Get unlimited access to all classes—ideal if you’re training 3 times a week or more. Come as often as you like, every class is yours to conquer. If you are interested in our family membership, please inquire about it with your membership request.
